At Chapter Zero, we aim to deliver premium quality products and a smooth shopping experience. If you’re not fully satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help with easy exchanges and fair refund policies.

2. Exchange Policy

Eligibility for Exchange

We accept exchanges under the following conditions:

  • Request is raised within 7 days of delivery
  • Item is unused, unworn, and unwashed
  • Original tags and packaging are intact
  • Valid proof of purchase is available

Exchange Reasons Allowed

  • Size issues
  • Damaged or defective product
  • Incorrect item received

Exchange Process

  1. Email us at chapterzerolabel@gmail.com with:
    • Order ID
    • Issue (with images if damaged/wrong product)
  2. Our team will approve the request within 24–48 hours
  3. Reverse pickup will be arranged (if serviceable area)
  4. Once received and inspected, we ship your replacement within 3–5 business days

3. Refund Policy

When Refunds Are Applicable

Refunds are only applicable in the following cases:

  • Product is damaged or defective
  • Product is out of stock for exchange
  • Order is cancelled before dispatch

⚠️ No refunds for size issues or change of mind — only exchanges.

Refund Process

  • After product inspection, refund is initiated within 5–7 business days
  • Amount is credited via:
    • Original payment method OR
    • Store credit (if preferred)

4. Return Conditions

We reserve the right to reject returns if:

  • Product shows signs of use
  • Tags are removed
  • Item is returned after the allowed time

5. Non-Returnable Items

  • Sale or discounted products
  • Customized or made-to-order items
  • Accessories (if any, for hygiene reasons)

6. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch
  • Once shipped, cancellation is not possible

7. Reverse Pickup & Shipping

  • Reverse pickup is free for damaged/incorrect items
  • For size exchanges, a nominal shipping fee may apply
  • If reverse pickup is unavailable, customer must self-ship
